FORMTECH PRODUCTS

Formtech manufactures and sells a complete Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) building system that
includes multi-cavity reversible blocks and corner blocks, and a host of related Insulated
Concrete Form (ICF) products and accessories.

The Formtech high-performance ICF building system has been used in a variety of residential and
commercial applications throughout the world. It is proven to be one of the strongest ICF blocks in
the industry. Designers, engineers, contractors, and homebuilders have found Formtech to be on
the leading edge of ICF construction. The company has gained a reputation for engineering
excellence, product excellence, convenience and dependability. These qualities are part of every

Formtech ICFs are made from fire-retardant EPS. The Insulated Concrete Form is inert and is
considered one of the best insulating materials available. It provides for a complete wall system
below and above grade. With concrete, the ICF block has a minimum R-22 value, with behavioural
properties of R-35 and upwards.

Reversible Block and Corner

Reversible ICF Panel
Reversible tread panel (EPS03) measures 16'' high by 48'' long and ships flat.
This unique design means the tread on the panel is the same both top and bottom.
This makes it more versatile, easier to use and reduces waste. This panel can
be used in conjunction with any cavity width.

Reversible Pre-molded Corner
The pre-molded corner features the reversible tread. This corner can be used to form
either right or left corners. The Formtech reversible corner block features three additional
grippers on the outside corner for superior strength, and embedded strapping for easy
attachments of finishes. It is available in 4'', 6'' and 8" cavity dimensions.

Webs
Formtech features only genuine WebTec components, for inner strength. These
polypropylene parts are manufactured from high grade, certified materials for unyielding
strength and durability. Cavity widths of: 2- 1/2'', 4'', 6'', 8'' and 10''. A special WEBEX extension
allows 12'', 14'', 16'', 18'', and 20'' cavities.

Brick Ledge
Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) Brick Ledge (EPSBL) is made from expanded
polystyrene (EPS) in one solid, fully assembled piece that attaches to the wall via three
plastic (polypropylene) webs inserted into embedded grippers. The grippers (8” on centre)
allow for easy attachment of interior and exterior strapping. Brick Ledge ship four per bundle,
provide 5.33 sq. ft. of wall coverage, and measure 16” H X 48” L X 4.5” W ledge.
